How it works:
Session 1 — Clarity We start by getting crystal clear on where you are now, where you want to be, and what's been getting in the way. We uncover your values, your vision, and what health actually means to you.
Sessions 2–5 — Build Each session we focus on the areas of your health that are most important to you and will move you towards your health goal — this might be nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep, or connection or a combination of these — building simple, realistic habits one layer at a time. Between sessions you'll have support and resources to keep the momentum going.
Session 6 — Sustain We review your progress, celebrate how far you've come, and build a simple plan to keep your habits strong long after our work together ends.

There's something powerful about working through this alongside other women who just get it. The Vibrant Health Collective is a small, intimate group of 5–8 women who go through the programme together — sharing wins, challenges, and the kind of honest conversations that make real change happen.

Session 1 — Foundation & Clarity We start where it matters most: understanding your history, your goals, and what success actually looks like for you. We set honest expectations about the medication, the journey ahead, and your role in making change permanent.
Session 2 — Nutrition GLP-1s reduce your appetite — but every meal still needs to work hard. We build a protein-first eating approach that protects your muscle, fuels your energy, and manages the common side effects that get in the way.
Session 3 — Movement Resistance training isn't optional on GLP-1s — it's the single most important thing you can do to protect your metabolism. We build a realistic, enjoyable programme that preserves muscle, fits your life, and builds an identity around movement.
Session 4 — Psychology & Emotional Eating The medication quietens hunger. It doesn't quieten stress, loneliness, or years of emotional eating patterns. This session is often the most powerful of the programme — and the one that makes everything else stick.
Session 5 — The Long Game Planning for life after medication is the conversation most programmes skip entirely. We build your maintenance strategy, identify your personal early warning signs, and make sure you're prepared — not caught off guard — when food noise returns.
Session 6 — Integration & Your Path Forward We review every pillar, celebrate how far you've come, and you leave with a written maintenance plan — your personal blueprint for what comes next.

Many clients choose to continue coaching after their initial programme moving into ongoing 1:1 sessions at an interval that suits you. Great for those requiring ongoing accountability. Your habits don't stop at session 6, and neither does the support if you want it.
