Rewrite Your Limiting beliefs to upgrade your life
A free practical guide for women who know what to do for their health, but can’t seem to make it stick.
If you’ve started a new routine with the best of intentions and watched it quietly fade a few weeks later, you’re in very good company.
Most women I work with aren’t short on information. They know they could be eating more protein, moving more and getting to bed earlier. What gets in the way usually sits a layer deeper, in the story they’ve been telling themselves about who they are.
Thoughts like “I’ve never been able to stick to anything” or “I always fall off by week three” can feel like facts. They’re really beliefs, often formed years ago, and they shape what you notice, what you expect and what you try, so they keep proving themselves right. The good news is these beliefs are stories, they’re not facts and stories can be rewritten.
This is the mindset part that most plans leave out, and it’s a big part of the work I do with my coaching clients. This free guide gives you a taste of it.
Inside the guide:
Why the beliefs you hold about yourself decide whether your healthy habits stick
How a belief “proves itself”, and how to spot when it’s happening to you
