Hi, I’m Jo

I'm a Prekure Certified Health Coach, founder of Simply Vibrant Health, and mum of three busy boys in Tauranga, New Zealand.

I know what its like to be juggling a lot, eating well and exercising but you feel exhausted and overwhelmed and the things you used to do for your health just don’t seem to be working. When my second son was nine months old, I was running on empty — until one small exercise habit changed everything. I found clarity, calm and my sparkle again through exercise. A simple habit but a key one for me and one I’ve continued to stack habits on top of.

I help busy, high-achieving women cut through the overwhelm and build simple, sustainable health habits that actually fit their lives — so they can feel energised, calm, confident, and like themselves again.

I’m a believer in real change doesn't always come from doing more. It comes from doing the simple things consistently.

Whether you work with me one-to-one or inside a group coaching programme, we build a personalised approach to healthy living that actually fits your life — not some idealised version of it.

We will focus on three key principles:

Habits — Building small, realistic routines that fit into your existing life without overhauling everything at once.

Consistency — Because health is a long game, we focus on habits you genuinely enjoy and can sustain — not ones you do for 2 weeks then drop.

We look at health through five pillars:

🏃‍♀️ Movement — Finding realistic, enjoyable ways to move that fit around your busy life.

🧠 Mindset & Mental Fitness — Quieting the overwhelm, building confidence, and developing the mental tools to stay consistent even when life gets busy.

😴 Sleep — Making rest and recovery a non-negotiable, not an afterthought.

🤝 Connection — Nurturing the relationships that fill you up, and creating boundaries that protect your energy.

We build weekly habits that are designed to feel enjoyable and therefore sustainable and work with your life, not against it so everything feels easier.
